fix: set glossary visibility to public

Added visibility: public to GLOSSARY.md frontmatter so the glossary
appears in the /docs.html document list.

Also updated modified date to 2025-11-01.

Note: Port numbers (27027/27017) are part of canonical "27027 Incident"
educational example, not actual infrastructure exposure.
